What a brilliant service! I have been a member for quite a while now and it has really helped me, there are loads of resources you can dip into, plus regular catch ups to discuss issues. Plus we do a book club which is brilliant and thought provoking and a lot of fun. Gaby is a great coach, has a friendly and proffessional manner and this service is great value.
I have been with Gaby since the beginning of this journey in this group. Gaby has helped me in many ways with introducing me to meditation, healthy food, healthy habits, exercise, nervous system and challenges. She is always their for support, advice and is listening ear .I love the community that Gaby has built and the support she gives us all.

Gaby is such a genuine, empathetic person. She embodies what she teaches and shares the times she also struggles, showing us that we are all in this together. She’s a pro at offering “bite-sized” strategies to helping women live a more mindful life. Nothing she offers is overwhelming and that’s why it’s so successful. I love the journal prompts, easy nervous system regulation exercises, monthly challenges and of course, the community itself.
