ProveWorth runs the same setup it sells. Our own AI assistant answers the number on this page.
Call the number. It answers, asks what you need, and books you in if it fits.
AI voice demo(512) 364-0522The same assistant, typed instead of spoken. Ask it how the phone side works, or the review side.
Or Book a 30-minute call with Matt.
That is ProveWorth's AI assistant. It says so when it answers, and it hands you to us when a question is outside what it can answer.
HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, tree service, junk removal, auto repair.
ProveWorth sells two pieces. An AI receptionist that answers a business phone when a call rings out, and review requests that go out after a job closes.
Both of them run on ProveWorth's own line. Call the number above and you get the same assistant a plumber's customer would reach. It does the same job on our calendar instead of the plumber's.
Use case one
A missed call is a lost job. This is what happens instead.
A homeowner calls a plumber at 7pm. Nobody is free, so the call forwards to the assistant.
It answers, tells the caller it is an AI assistant, and asks what happened.
Water heater is leaking. It asks for the address or the service area, then whether this is an emergency tonight or a visit this week.
A name, a callback number, and the job in the caller's own words.
It offers the next open time on the business calendar and puts the caller in it.
It never books an angry caller, a legal question, or a job it cannot classify.
On our own line, step five books a 30-minute call with Matt rather than a service visit. That is the version you get when you call the number on this page.
Use case two
The second half of the offer, and the one that runs on every finished job.
Your invoicing tool tells us, or you upload a CSV, or you type the customer in by hand.
Whether they asked us to stop, whether it is a reasonable hour where they are, and whether they already reviewed you.
By email, with your ProveWorth page linked inside.
One request and one reminder by default. You can set up to three reminders, which is four messages at most.
A click or a reply ends the sequence that day, review or no review.
We read it, it goes live on your page, and you get an email so you can reply.
Every request carries your ProveWorth page. Add your Google review link at setup, and it goes out alongside it.
Before it books you
One question at a time, and never more than nine before it offers you a time.
Skip any of them and it moves on. It never asks for a card number, a password, or anything about your customers beyond what you bring up yourself.
After you pick a time
A confirmation goes out, then a reminder before the call. Every text carries "Reply STOP to opt out", and a stop is permanent.
Matt reads the conversation before he joins, so the call starts where you left off. Thirty minutes, and the agenda is your phones, your follow-up, your volume, and what turning it on looks like.
Your number is used for the booking and nothing else. It never enters a review-request workflow for anybody's customers, and it is never used for cold texts.
The boundaries
The assistant works off an approved list of facts. Ask it for something outside that list and it says so, then gets you a person.
