We ask every customer after every job and follow up when they go quiet. Reviews publish on your own page.
Your invoicing tool tells us when a job closes, or you add the customer yourself.
A review request goes out by email at a sensible hour where they live.
The link opens a short form with a star rating, a written review and an optional video.
We read it, publish it on your page and email you so you can reply.
One setup call. We connect the tool that flags a finished job and pick your channels, and it stays set up.
A finished job queues a request. A click or a reply stops the reminders.
Your reviews sit at proveworth.com under your business name. The page stays live whether or not you pay us.
Upload a photo once. Every request carries it, next to the customer's first name.
Trades we built this for
Both plans include all seven. We walk through each one with you on your setup call.
Upload your past customers and we ask up to 1,000 of them in one run. We check the list before anything sends.
Point your invoicing tool at us, upload a CSV or add customers by hand. Whichever you pick, this is what arrives. Each sample comes out of the same code that sends the real thing.

How was Cedar Park Plumbing?
Dana from Cedar Park Plumbing would love to hear how it went. Your review helps the next person decide if it's right for them.
It takes about two minutes.

A reminder resends this same message, word for word.
Every email carries a footer we add: our postal address, a working unsubscribe link and the line naming ProveWorth as the sender. That address is ours, because ProveWorth is the sender of record.
A text is different. Each business sends from its own number, and the carrier registration behind that number is filed in the business's own name.
Some review tools ask for a star rating first and send only the high scores to Google. GatherUp tested that on its own customers. Gating lifted their average from 4.59 to 4.66, and the ungated period collected 53,790 Google reviews to the gated period's 32,689.
Google's review policy bans asking for positive reviews selectively. We send the same request to everyone you add.
A review request has a destination field, and the only values it accepts are "your ProveWorth page" and "both". A Google-only send has no value to write to. The constraint is in the database, so nobody can turn it on from a dashboard later.
Nobody at ProveWorth edits the words or adjusts a score, and every approved review counts toward the average. The same rules apply to a five star and a one star.
A reviewer who shows proof, like a photo of the invoice or the job, gets a Verified badge on their review.
9am to 7pm
their local time
Nothing sends before 9am or after 7pm where the recipient is. We work the hour out from the area code on the phone number, and fall back to the timezone on your listing. The law allows 8am to 9pm and we send inside a narrower window than that.
4
messages per job, at most
One request and one reminder by default. You can set up to three reminders, which is four messages at most, three days apart.
A click or a reply ends the sequence that day, whether or not a review got written.
30
days of quiet after no answer
If somebody did not answer, we leave them alone for thirty days, even if you serve them four more times.
Once somebody reviews you, they come off your list for good.
A stop lasts permanently across every business on ProveWorth.
STOP
or any word that plainly means it
Reply with stop, quit, end, cancel, unsubscribe, opt out, revoke, or anything else that plainly means the same thing. There is no special word to guess.
Email carries a one-click unsubscribe in every message.
Either one takes effect across every business on ProveWorth. The rule gives us ten business days and it normally takes seconds.
In writing
before a number gets a text
Before a phone number can receive anything, the business confirms in writing that the person agreed to hear from them. We store that confirmation word for word, with who accepted it, when, and the address it came from where we have one.
A business that connects its own tools accepts the same confirmation once, when it generates a key. Every request that arrives through that key carries the wording it accepted.
The agreement itself is between the business and its customer. Our record is what a carrier or a regulator asks the business to produce.
Everything above is also on our policy page, in the same words, with the rules for moderation and removals.
Read the policy →ProveWorth is a review site, and a business you bought from asked us to send this request. Reply stop and it ends everywhere on ProveWorth.
No, and we will not build it. Google prohibits asking only the customers you expect to be happy, and profiles get removed over it.
One request and one reminder by default, three days apart. You can set up to three reminders, which is four messages at most.
We leave an unanswered customer alone for thirty days, however many times you serve them in between.
They come off your list for good. Anyone who clicks or replies also stops hearing from us that day, review or not.
No. Requests link to your ProveWorth page, and to your Google review page once you add that link at setup. Yelp's terms forbid sending a customer straight to a Yelp review.
