We need more people like Niky who's sharing experiences, analyzes her results and shares useful info with us without holding back. That's what a true leader does.

From Job to CEO: The Experiment by Niky is something I have genuinely been enjoying lately. Every month she runs a real business experiment and shares exactly what she is doing, what is working, what is not, and what the numbers actually look like. Nothing hidden. No curated success story. Just the honest, unfiltered reality of building something and figuring it out in real time. As someone who is also in the messy middle of building a business, that kind of transparency is rare and genuinely refreshing. It makes you feel less alone in the parts nobody usually talks about. If you are growing a business or thinking about starting one, this is the kind of community that actually teaches you something without making you feel like you are already behind. Niki is building a business in public, while having a job and a family! I recently joined Niki's community and I really like it there. I admire how bravely and openly Niki is sharing her journey of building a business while having a full time job and a family. As someone with a big family and other commitments myself, I learn from Niki. My favorite part is that Niki is treating everything as an experiment . If you have a job, a family, other commitments, but still want to build a business, this is the best place to learn that, and to find your people!

A genuinely useful Skool community - not just another promo wall

The skool CLASSIFIEDS has been one of the more useful communities I’ve found for connecting with other Skool owners, discovering what people are building, and having real conversations around their offers and communities. What I appreciate most is that Shannon has created a space where promotion is allowed, but contribution and connection still matter. The recent Bonanza was a great example. I met new people, reviewed several Skool About Pages, shared practical feedback, and had some genuinely interesting conversations along the way. What I especially enjoyed was seeing a few people act on the feedback almost immediately. That’s when you know the conversations aren’t just polite engagement - something useful is actually happening. A few conversations also continued beyond the original posts, which is probably the best sign that real connections were being made. Shannon clearly puts thought and energy into keeping the community active, useful, and human - and it shows. 5 stars from me. Highly recommended for Skool owners who want visibility, connections, and a place where giving value still matters.
